POLYSTYRENE IMPACT 6540 by Total Refining & Chemicals is a water insoluble, easy flow, high impact polystyrene grade. Exhibits a good balance of mechanical and thermal properties. It combines physical properties such as flow necessary for large or complex moldings, impact resistance for good mechanical properties in thin wall sections and good thermal properties for articles subjected to elevated temperatures in use. Offers high productivity. Applications of POLYSTYRENE IMPACT 6540 include electrical appliances, technical parts, compounds & masterbatches, appliances, toys, television housings and food packaging. Also used in refrigerator, computer keyboards, office equipment and household items.
