Titacon® TF905S2 by Titan Plastics Compounds is a highly crystalline polyacetal (polyoxymethylne, POM) resin reinforced with 5% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and 2% silicone. Is a self lubricating grade exhibiting wear resistance, medium flow, high modulus, resistance to solvents & automotive fuels & tight tolerances in moist environments and offers low moisture absorption. This resin is inflammable and insoluble in water. Suitable for industrial, electrical, consumers, automotive and sports applications. Titacon® TF905S2 can be used in clock gears, gears of OA machine, appliance parts, camera parts, bearings, conveyor belts, plumbing parts (pipe fittings) & hand tools, zipper, parts of baby cart, fuel pump module, buckle, windscreen wiper parts, meter components, bicycle and parts of bodybuilding equipment. Complies with UL flammability regulations.
