BACTOSTAT® TPE TE-637K by DragonChem is an engineering TPE with bacteria-repellent feature up to 99.999%.

• It is suitable for food-contact applications without leaching of biocides, nanoparticles and heavy metals.
• It shows good adhesion to PP and PE.
• BACTOSTAT® TPE TE-637K is recommended for household articles, valves, closures, seals, translucent soft articles and toys.

Luban HMA-016 by Orpic is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) characterized by fast cycling and good impact strength. It has narrow molecular weight distribution and is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is suitable for recycling using modern methods of shredding and cleaning. Luban HMA-016 is recommended for closures, food packaging containers, housewares and toys. It meets the requirements of the U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.

CET® 250 by Resirene is a transparent styrene acrylic copolymer. Suitable for processing by injection molding.

• Shows better mechanical properties than GPPS and does not require pre-drying.
• Possesses excellent dimensional stability, clarity & rigidity, flexibility, good toughness, easy processability, good mechanical and scratch resistance.
• Used in drink-wares, kitchen appliances, tableware, cosmetic packaging, medical devices, personal hygiene product packaging, office supplies and toys.
• CET® 250 complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1830 and meets USP Class VI Plastics regulations.

ALTUGLAS™ HFI-15 by Trinseo is an acrylic resin. It exhibits very high impact resistance and maintains good flow. It offers exceptional choc resistance, optical performance and PMMA weathering and ageing resistance. It is available in Africa/ Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Europe and Oceania. It is ideal for 3-layer coextrusion and thermoforming of sharp angles. It is suitable for automotive/ transportation, lightings (electronics/ electricals), household equipment, bathtub & shower and urban visual communication markets. Applications for ALTUGLAS™ HFI-15 include appliances, doors/ windows, facades, furniture, gift and tableware, shower cabin doors, signage, skylights, toys and urban furniture.

THERMOLAST® S TF4ZGO-LCNT by Kraiburg is a highly elastic thermoplastic elastomer grade for extremely soft applications. Exhibits substantially reduced tendency to oil out and good media resistance. Possesses dry, very soft surface similar to human skin. It provides optimized mechanical properties at low hardnesses, velvety feel, resilience and dry haptics. It is free from animal ingredients and no silicones are added.

• It is colorable and allows precoloration in all colors.
• It is suitable for processing by injection molding and granule-based 3D printing.
• It is recommended for gel & soft pads, bike equipment's like seals, bumpers and grommets, orthosis, toys, fishing baits and cosmetic applications.

• THERMOLAST® S TF4ZGO-LCNT has a shelf life of 24 months.

SKYGREEN® J2003 by SK Chemicals is a bisphenol A (BPA)-free polyethylene terephthalate glycol modified (PETG) grade. Offers high transparency, chemical resistance, moldability, superior mechanical properties and exceptional processability.

• Exhibits high heat deflection temperature (HDT) and maintains long-lasting clarity even under the toughest conditions.
• It is designed for injection molding, compounding, film, sheet and thermoforming applications.
• SKYGREEN® J2003 is recommended for manufacturing of food container, toys, stationary and cosmetics containers.

SKYGREEN® JN100 by SK Chemicals is a bisphenol A (BPA)-free polyethylene terephthalate glycol modified (PETG) grade. Offers high transparency, chemical resistance and moldability, superior mechanical properties and exceptional processability. Designed for injection molding, compounding, film, sheet and thermoforming applications. SKYGREEN® JN100 is recommended for manufacturing of food container, toys and stationary and cosmetics containers.

SKYGREEN® PETG S2008 by SK Chemicals is a recyclable, bisphenol A (BPA)-free glycol modified co-polyester (PETG) grade, containing mold release additive. Offers low haze, easy fabrication, outstanding printability, high transparency, gloss surface, good toughness, chemical resistance and processability.

• Exhibits no stress-whitening, superior mechanical properties, short cycle time in thermoforming, low smoke density and toxicity.
• Designed for extrusion film, profile, compounding & blow molding, injection molding and welding processes.
• Recommended for blister packaging for stationery & tools, personal care and food packaging container.
• Used for pharmaceutical & medical packaging and bottles, electrical & electronic packaging and parts.
• Suitable for production of toys, refrigerator parts, smart cards, pen caps, tools and medical devices.
• Can be applied for manufacturing of bottles for packaging shampoos, soaps, detergents.

POLYREX® PG-383 by Chi Mei is a high strength, general-purpose polystyrene (PS) grade. It is a bright and lightweight grade. Designed for injection molding and extrusion methods. POLYREX® PG-383 is recommended for disposable tableware such as spoon, knife, fork, food containers, toys and stationery products. It complies with PFOA, PFOS and RoHS.

C4900 by Polymax is a clear, environment-friendly, ultrasoft, PVC-, silicone- & latex free TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) grade. Combines processing advantages of plastics with elasticity characteristics of rubber. Exhibits excellent clarity, gel-like properties, superior colorabiliy and overmold adhesion to polypropylene. Shows bondability to many other harder substrates to improve functionality and design. Provides soft & cushioning comfort. Possible applications of C4900 by Polymax include packaging (caps & closures, food containers, films, wine corks, liquid storage steels and tubing), consumer (tools, appliances, houseware, toys, infant care, personal care, sports/ leisure, stationary, lawn & garden furniture and footwear), healthcare, and electronic markets.
