Titacon® CF920 by Titan Plastics Compounds is a highly crystalline, self-lubricated, conductive polyacetal (polyoxymethylne, POM) resin reinforced with 20% carbon fiber. Exhibits wear resistance, high strength, high stiffness, high modulus, resistance to solvents & automotive fuels & tight tolerances in moist environments and offers low moisture absorption. This resin is inflammable and insoluble in water. Suitable for industrial, electrical, consumers, automotive and sports applications.Titacon® CF920 can be used in clock gears, gears of OA machine, appliance parts, camera parts, bearings, conveyor belts, plumbing parts (pipe fittings) & hand tools, zipper, parts of baby cart, fuel pump module, buckle, windscreen wiper parts, meter components, bicycle and parts of bodybuilding equipment. Complies with UL flammability regulations.
