Elexar® EL-86-K935F UV

Elexar® EL-86-K935F UV is an easily colored & printed, PVC- and phthalate ester- free themoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Offers superior electrical properties coupled with excellent flexibility, toughness and surface aesthetics & good abrasion, tear, and tensile properties. It combines excellent low temperature properties with very good thermal stability and shows excellent UV- & ozone- resistance. It does not require pre-drying, is fully recyclable and reprocessable, whether from process scrap or post-consumer waste. Suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Desired applications include appliance wire insulation, appliance wire jacketing, cable jacketing, connectors, flexible cord jacketing, industrial cable insulation, terminal cable jacketing, underground power cable, wire & cable applications and wire jacketing. Used in cords, battery cables & robotic cables, grommets and boots. Also used gas tube and oil burner cable (UL-814) and deep-well submersible pump cable (UL-83).
