Udel® P-3500 LCD MB7 by Syensqo is a polysulfone (PSU) grade. It is a high molecular weight, tough and rigid thermoplastic grade with outstanding hydrolytic resistance. It shows resistance to acid, alcohol, alkali, chemical and fuel. It offers good film-forming properties, high membrane strength, high heat- and good impact resistance. It provides excellent mechanical properties, stability at pH levels from 2-13, excellent resistance to caustic and good resistance to moderate concentrations of chlorine. It can be processed by cast film extrusion, solution processing and injection molding. It is suitable for the fabrication of porous hollow fiber and flat sheet membranes using a solvent-based process. It is used in a variety of membrane filtration applications such as renal dialysis, water treatment, bio-processing, food & beverage processing and industrial gas separation. It is recommended for home goods & appliances, construction materials and non-invasive medical devices. Udel® P-3500 LCD MB7 complies with RoHS, WEEE and Food Contact.
