Udel® PSU ECHO RP by Syensqo is a sustainable, circular polysulfone (PSU). It provides a drop-in solution with identical performance to standard fossil-based PSU, with the added benefit of a lower carbon footprint. It is recommended for applications in membranes for various water treatment processes. Udel® PSU ECHO RP is mass balance certified under the widely-recognized International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) PLUS system. Udel® P-1710 by Syensqo is a hydrolytically stable, colorable polysulfone (PSU) grade. Is available in opaque, natural (P-1710 NT 15) and different colors. Possesses good toughness, high strength, rigidity and good dimensional stability. Exhibits good chemical-, acid-, alcohol-, alkali-, hydrocarbon-, detergent and high heat resistance. Shows radiation (gamma) and electron beam resistance. Offers resistant to oxidation, hydrolysis and withstands prolonged exposure to high temperatures & repeated sterilization. Provides stable electrical properties over a wide temperature range and after immersion in water or exposure to high humidity. Can be processed by pipe-, sheet-, profile-, film extrusion and injection molding. Recommended for appliances & appliance components, microwave cookware, automotive electronics and food service applications. Can also be used in electrical parts, electronic applications, industrial parts and plumbing parts such as fittings, valves or valve parts. Udel® P-1710 complies with RoHS and meets with the requirements of NSF 61 (tested at 82°C, commercial hot). Udel® P-3500 LCD MB3 by Syensqo is a natural colored, hydrolytically stable, colorable polysulfone (PSU) grade. Possesses good toughness, high strength and rigidity. Exhibits good chemical-, acid-, alcohol-, alkali-, hydrocarbon and high heat resistance. Provides a lower levels of cyclic dimer which leads to improved dope solution stability and reduced equipment fouling. Is soluble in water-miscible, dipolar, aprotic solvents, such as dimethylacetamide (DMAC), dimethylformamide (DMF) and N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP). Can be processed by cast film extrusion, solution processing and injection molding. Suitable for the fabrication of porous hollow fiber and flat sheet membranes using a solvent based process. Used in a variety of membrane filtration applications such as renal dialysis, water treatment, bio-processing, food & beverage processing and industrial gas separation. Udel® P-3500 LCD MB3 complies with RoHS, NSF and FDA 21 CFR 177.1655. Udel® P-3500 LCD MB7 by Syensqo is a polysulfone (PSU) grade. It is a high molecular weight, tough and rigid thermoplastic grade with outstanding hydrolytic resistance. It shows resistance to acid, alcohol, alkali, chemical and fuel. It offers good film-forming properties, high membrane strength, high heat- and good impact resistance. It provides excellent mechanical properties, stability at pH levels from 2-13, excellent resistance to caustic and good resistance to moderate concentrations of chlorine. It can be processed by cast film extrusion, solution processing and injection molding. It is suitable for the fabrication of porous hollow fiber and flat sheet membranes using a solvent-based process. It is used in a variety of membrane filtration applications such as renal dialysis, water treatment, bio-processing, food & beverage processing and industrial gas separation. Udel® GF-120 by Syensqo is a hydrolytically stable, colorable polysulfone (PSU) reinforced with 20% glass fiber. Is available in opaque, black (GF-120 Bk 937, GF-120 BK 937), grey (GF-120 GY 1234), natural (GF-120 NT 20) colors. Possesses good strength, high rigidity and good dimensional stability. Exhibits good chemical-, acid-, alcohol-, alkali-, hydrocarbon and high heat resistance. Shows creep-, steam and radiation (gamma) resistance. Offers good sterilizability to autoclave, E-beam, ethylene oxide, heat, steam and radiation. Can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. Udel® GF-110 by Syensqo is a hydrolytically stable, colorable polysulfone (PSU) reinforced with 10% glass fiber. Is available in opaque, black (GF-110 Bk 937), grey (GF-110 GY 8057), natural (GF-110 NT, GF-110 NT LE) colors. Possesses good strength, high rigidity and good dimensional stability. Exhibits good chemical-, acid-, alcohol-, alkali-, hydrocarbon-, creep and high heat resistance. Can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. Possesses good strength, high rigidity and good dimensional stability. Exhibits good chemical-, acid-, alcohol-, alkali-, hydrocarbon-, creep and high heat resistance. Provides stable electrical properties over a wide temperature range and after immersion in water or exposure to high humidity. Exhibits good chemical-, acid-, alcohol-, alkali-, hydrocarbon oils, detergent and high heat resistance. Provides improved aesthetics, excellent thermal and oxidative stability. Exhibits good chemical-, acid-, bases-, alcohol-, alkali-, hydrocarbon and high heat resistance. Offers resistance to hydrolysis by hot water and a wide range of cleaners & disinfectants. Suitable for sustained use at temperatures up to 149°C. Can be processed by extrusion and injection molding.
