Ixef® 1022 by Syensqo is a natural/ black colored, high flow polyarylamide (PAA or PARA) grade reinforced with 50 % glass fiber. Available in the form of pellets. Exhibits very high strength & rigidity, dimensional stability, ultra high stiffness, outstanding surface finish and gloss. Offers good sterilizability, ultra high stiffness, excellent creep & chemical resistance and low moisture absorption. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include automotive interior parts, appliances, electrical parts, furniture, cell phones, hospital & sporting goods, medical devices and surgical instruments. Ixef® 1022 complies with UL and RoHS regulations. Also meets the automotive specifications ASTM D6779 PA111G50, BMW GS 93016, BOSCH N28 BN05-OX1, GM GM7001M PAMXD6(A4,A22,A64,BA651,G30,MS1700,NS335) and GM GM7001M PAMXD6(A4,A22,A64,BA751,G30,MS1700,NS350).
