ULTEM™ resin ATX200R (Asia) by SABIC is an amorphous, high flow, PFAS-free, flame retardant polyetherimide (PEI) blend with internal mold release. It provides high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, chemical resistance and good mechanicals in broad temperature range.
  • It offers high impact resistance, good dimensional stability, low toxicity and smoke evolution.
  • It exhibits low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion, high strength and high heat resistance.
  • It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
  • It is used in heavy truck, automotive under the hood, aerospace, motorcycle, recreational/specialty vehicles, building component, water management, consumer goods, sport/leisure, personal accessory, home appliances, commercial appliance, furniture, energy management, drone solutions, mobile phone, computer, tablets, circuit boards/additives, lighting, printer copier, speaker, earphone and wireless communication.
