RAVATHANE® R130D60 by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a resilient, recyclable, elastic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) based on saturated polyester. It is hydrolysis-, oxidation-, grease-, oil-, tear-, abrasion-, solvent-, and scratch resistant.
- It offers high tensile- and tear strength, low temperature flexibility, adhesion to polar substrates and service temperature of -50°C to +100°C.
- RAVATHANE® R130D60 offers good stability towards solvents and light.
- It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, over-molding and film lamination.
- It is possibly used in manufacturing of shoe soles, tactile markers, castor wheels, delineators, animal identification tags, timing belts (toothed belts), wheel, shoes, injection part, hose, and tubing.
