EZPrene® 9035A

EZPrene® 9035A by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a 100% recyclable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) based on polyolefin. It is an ultra-soft, easy to color, non-hygroscopic grade offering excellent chemical resistance and physical properties. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li> It provides excellent flex fatigue resistance and adhesion to polypropylene (PP) & styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS). </li> <li> It exhibits low to no water absorption, ozone- and UV resistance. </li> <li> It possesses excellent surface aesthetics, fast cycle time, superior weatherability, very wide hardness range, good mechanical resilience properties, low odor and fogging. </li> <li> It is designed for extrusion and injection molding processing methods. </li> <li> EZPrene® 9035A can be used in construction, appliance, houseware, electric & electronics, miscellaneous and automotive interiors applications. </li> </ul>

ENFLEX® V1090A BLK UV

ENFLEX® V1090A BLK UV by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a recyclable polypropylene and ethylene propylene diene monomer vulcanizate (PP + EPDM TPV) grade. It exhibits weather resistance, elasticity like rubber, high heat resistance, low compression set, good processability, overmolding and blending compatibility with polypropylene (PP). <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li> It provides weak acid-, alcohol-, base-, detergent-, oil-, ozone-, solvent- and UV resistance. </li> <li> It shows good performance of vulcanized rubber with advantage of low-cost thermoplastic processing. </li> <li> It offers low fogging, very good fatigue resistance and tear strength, self-coloring due to proper masterbatches (MB) and utilized as pre-colored compounds. </li> <li> It is suitable for extrusion and injection molding methods. </li> <li> It is designed to replace thermoset elastomers such as ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), polychloroprene and traditional thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV). </li> <li> It can be possibly used in construction, appliance, houseware, electric & electronics, automotive interior, exterior and under the hood applications. </li> </ul>
