RAVATHANE® R130A93 by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a recyclable, elastic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) based on saturated polyester. It is abrasion-, hydrolysis-, oxidation-, grease-, oil-, tear- and scratch resistant, resilient, and smooth mold.
- It offers high tensile- and tear strength, low temperature flexibility, adhesion to polar substrates and service temperature of -50°C to +100°C.
- RAVATHANE® R130A93 offers good stability towards solvents and light.
- It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, over-molding and film lamination.
- It is also used in shoe soles, seals, footwear, belts, tactile markers, castor wheels, delineators, animal identification tags, timing belts (toothed belts), hose and tubing, auto part, cable, seals, conveyor belts.
