RAVATHANE® R130A65 by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a recyclable, elastic thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) based on standard grade saturated polyester. It offers high tensile- and tear strength, low temperature flexibility, adhesion to polar substrates and service temperature of -50°C to +100°C. It is grease-, oil-, hydrolysis-, oxidation-, solvent-, tear-, abrasion- and scratch resistant and resilient.
- It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, over-molding and film lamination.
- RAVATHANE® R130A65 is used for manufacturing of shoe soles, tactile markers, castor wheels and delineators. Also used for animal identification tags, timing belts, hose and tubing.
- It offers good stability towards solvents and light.
- It is used in compounding, working shoes, transparent parts applications.
