POTICON NTE264 by Otsuka Chemical is a polyamide 66 (PA-66) grade, reinforced with ultra-fine potassium titanate fiber (TISMO). It offers superior friction sliding, reduced wear, surface smoothness, dimensional stability and recyclability. It provides easy processability, decreased processing costs and low damage towards the mold and metal die.
  • POTICON NTE264 is suitable for processing by injection molding.
  • It is recommended for automotive parts (gears, bearings), LED reflectors, watch parts (gears, ground plane), camera image stabilization and module parts, sliding parts (gears, wheel bearing) and motor parts (cog-wheels, bearings).
  • It complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.
