UNIPA® Ld is a nylon 6/6 grade by Nytef Plastics, reinforced with molybdenum disulfide. Shows superior abrasion-, outstanding chemical- and improved wear resistance. It can be easily machined & fabricated and is available in a complete range of extruded round, square & hex rod, heavy gauge plate and tubular bar sizes. UNIPA® Ld is suitable for processing by extrusion. Used in food & dairy processing, material handling, fluid handling, electronics manufacturing, automotive, paper manufacturing, textile production, construction and mining industries. Sample applications include pistons, valves, rollers, wheels, manifolds, food product forming dies, feed & timing screws, scraper blades, wear pads, wear strips, pump components, electrical components, gears, sprockets, star wheels, sheaves, pulleys, bushings and bearings. Complies with UL 94 V-2 flame rating.
