Ketron® CA30 PEEK by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a semicrystalline, polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. It reduces thermal expansion and provides 3.5 times higher thermal conductivity, dissipates heat from the bearing surface faster as well as improves bearing life & pressure-velocity capabilities.
  • Shows good hydrolysis-, thermal-, wear-, abrasion- and high chemical resistance.
  • Exhibits low moisture absorption and high compressive strength.
  • Offers good dimensional stability, inherent low flammability and very low smoke emission benefits.
  • It exhibits excellent resistance to high energy radiation, high mechanical strength, stiffness and creep resistance at elevated temperatures.
  • Suitable for processing by extrusion.
  • Ketron® CA30 PEEK is used in pump components (pump wear rings), valve seats, bearings, rollers and gears.
  • Recommended for high temperature insulators, components exposed to boiling water or steam.
