Duratron® PPSU

Duratron® PPSU by Quadrant is an amorphous, transparent, high performance polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) grade. Exhibits good impact resistance, high resistance to steam autoclaving, high modulus of elasticity and high heat resistance. Offers good chemical resistance, superior hydrolysis resistance and resistance to common acids & bases including commercial washing solutions over a broad temperature range. Quadrant® PPSU LSG stock shapes are produced from selected batches of a specific Radel R polyphenylsulfone resin. Recommended for electronic assembly equipment, devices that must withstand solder temperatures sterilization trays, dental & surgical instrument handles and in fluid handling coupling & fitting applications. Duratron® PPSU by Quadrant complies with FDA, EU regulation directive 2002/72/EC, ISO 10993-1 and USP Class VI regulations.
