Duratron® D7000 PI

Duratron® D7000 PI by Quadrant is a polyimide (PI) grade. Exhibits high strength, good toughness and good dimensional stablility. Offers good performance at elevated temperature and good chemical resistance. It can easily be machined from a broad range of shapes (rod, sheet, tubular forms). Also offers good mechanical performance for applications that demand higher temperature resistance. Duratron® D7000 PI by Quadrant is recommended for valve, pump seats, seals, wear surfaces, structural & wear parts for semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, fixtures, handling parts for glass & plastics manufacturing and metal replacement for lightweight & lubrication free aerospace component applications.
