THERMOLAST® S TF4ZGO-LCNT by Kraiburg is a highly elastic thermoplastic elastomer grade for extremely soft applications. Exhibits substantially reduced tendency to oil out and good media resistance. Possesses dry, very soft surface similar to human skin. It provides optimized mechanical properties at low hardnesses, velvety feel, resilience and dry haptics. It is free from animal ingredients and no silicones are added.

• It is colorable and allows precoloration in all colors.
• It is suitable for processing by injection molding and granule-based 3D printing.
• It is recommended for gel & soft pads, bike equipment's like seals, bumpers and grommets, orthosis, toys, fishing baits and cosmetic applications.

SANTOPRENE™ 101-87 ECO-R by Celanese is a hard, black-colored, versatile polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It make minimum 25% post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials. It is a general-purpose, sustainable, recycled within the manufacturing stream.

• It is designed for injection-, multi-injection-, compression molding, sheet-, co-, other extrusion, calendaring, thermoforming and foam processing.
• It is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment.
• SANTOPRENE™ 101-87 ECO-R is used for static foot of automotive weather seal systems like glass run channels.

SANTOPRENE™ 101-80 ECO-R by Celanese is a soft, black-colored, versatile polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It make minimum 15% post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials.

• It is a general-purpose, sustainable, recycled within the manufacturing stream.
• It is designed for injection-, multi-injection-, compression molding, sheet-, co-, other extrusion, calendaring, thermoforming and foam processing.
• It is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment.

SANTOPRENE™ RC8008 by Celanese is a soft, non-hygroscopic and colorable polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and is shear-dependent.

• Suitable for processing by injection-, multi injection-, blow molding and sheet extrusion.
• It exhibits good physical properties & excellent ozone-, flex fatigue- and chemical resistance.
• It requires no drying before processing & offers neutral and easy coloring formulation.
• SANTOPRENE™ RC8008 is designed for use in sealing application.

SANTOPRENE™ 121-40B265 by Celanese is a soft, black-colored polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It combines a low coefficient of friction with good bonding to TPV and EPDM rubber.

• It offers easy processability due to a high shear thinning behavior for excellent surface aesthetics, without surface bleeding after heat or UV aging.
• It is a UV resistant, UV- and weather stabilized grade.
• It is suitable for processing by high flow injection- and multi-injection molding.
• Designed for shorter processing cycle time compared to thermoset EPDM rubber.
• It is specially formulated to replace thermoset EPDM rubber in automotive weather seal and general molding applications.
• It is designed for soft corner molding, sails, muckets and end caps of automotive dense and sponge weather seals.

SANTOPRENE™ 163-40F500 by Celanese is a black-colored polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and shear-dependent.

• It is suitable for processing by coextrusion and thermoforming.
• Designed to maximize run length with minimal build-up of material on screen packs or narrow sections of dies.
• It is recommended for applications requiring excellent ozone resistance.
• SANTOPRENE™ 163-40F500 used in static foot of automotive weather seal systems like glass run channels.

Sarlink® TPV X5750DB by Teknor Apex is a thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Exhibits excellent flexural fatigue endurance, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, outstanding electrical properties, abrasion resistance, and excellent resistance to chemicals & weathering. Has high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tension & compression set and good colorability. It reduces production costs due to its shorter cycle times, reduces energy needs and has very high material efficiency as a result of its recyclability. Sarlink® TPV X5750DB by Teknor Apex can be reprocessed through several heat cycles without loss of physical properties. Applications include automotive (under hood applications, sealing systems), pipe seals, seals, gaskets, wire and cable, wine corks.

Monprene® CP-18143 CLR by Teknor Apex is a clear/transparent thermoplastic elastomer grade present as pellets. Possesses many useful elastomeric properties of vulcanized rubber and yet can be melt processed. Shows easy processing, faster output, lower cost and recyclability. It can be processed using extrusion and injection molding. Suitable for automotives (ducts, hoses, knobs, strut covers, airbag covers, grips, gaskets, seals, wheel well liners, instrument panel skins, and interior & exterior trims). Monprene® CP-18143 CLR by Teknor Apex applications also include closures, consumer applications, gaskets, handles, kitchenware, medical/ healthcare, packaging, safety equipments, sporting goods, toothbrush handles, tubing and writing instruments.

Sarlink® TPV 4765B40 by Teknor Apex is an UV-stabilized thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade with high flow and low hardness. Exhibits excellent flexural fatigue endurance, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, outstanding electrical properties, abrasion resistance, high heat resistance and excellent resistance to chemicals & weathering. Has high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tension & compression set and good colorability. It reduces production costs due to its shorter cycle times, reduces energy needs and has very high material efficiency as a result of its recyclability. Sarlink® TPV 4765B40 by Teknor Apex can be reprocessed through several heat cycles without loss of physical properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include household appliances, power tools, sports and leisure articles, personal care products and food contact. Complies with automotive specification such as GM GMN3901 E/P 092 and GM GMW15812P-TPV(EPDM+PP) Type 5M.
