IROGRAN® A 92 E 4246 is a polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade by Huntsman. Provides high hydrolysis-, abrasion-, robust weather-, chemical- and high energy radiation resistance. Offers high elasticity across the entire hardness range, good flexibility over a wide temperature range, excellent low temperature, impact strength and pleasant tactile properties. Possesses high elongation, tensile strength, good crystallinity, good compression set, high transparency, fast cycle times. Shows resilience to oils, greases and numerous solvents. It delivers ease of coloring and recyclability. IROGRAN® A 92 E 4246 is suitable for processing by injection- and extrusion molding. Potential applications include wires and cables, automotive components, hoses and tubes, machinery belts and profiles, technical parts, films and sheets, textile lamination and compounding. It is a RoHS and REACH compliant grade.
