Lifoflex® UVX 40.01 B038-8 by Hexpol is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Offers excellent bonding to polyamide PA6, PA66, PA12, including glass fiber reinforced polyamide. Exhibits soft-touch appeal, high flexibility, faster cycle times, wide processing window, easy processing and colorability, high resistance to oil and chemical. Can easily be over-molded and co-extruded with PA. Designed for injection molding and extrusion applications. Lifoflex® UVX 40.01 B038-8 is recommended for wheels & tires, power tools, two component grips, housings, technical parts and automotive (sealings, gaskets & dampning systems). Complies with European Directives 2002/95/EC (RoHS) and 2003/11/EC.
