Grivory® HT2V-3H LF by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is an anti-static polyphthalamide (PPA) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It is based on a semi-crystalline, partially aromatic co-polyamide. It possesses good dimensional stability, low warpage, good surface quality, increased friction and wear properties. It offers good hydrolysis-, heat- and alcohol resistance. It exhibits high hardness, good crystallinity and high heat distortion temperature even after moisture absorption. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) modification reduces the sliding friction after a short initial phase. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Grivory® HT2V-3H LF can be used in automotive applications like compressed air-, hydraulic-, air intake- and fuel systems, powertrain & chassis and interior applications. It can also be used in electrical appliances, housewares & consumer goods like hydraulics & pneumatics, power transmission and engineering tools. Complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
