Delrin® 150 NC010 by DuPont is a high-viscosity acetal homopolymer. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating grade.
  • It has excellent thermal stability, low die deposit and enhanced crystallization for low porosity.
  • It provides high mechanical strength, rigidity, excellent fatigue resistance, rigidity as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals.
  • Also, gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics.
  • Specifically designed for extrusion process. Processed by injection molding, profile and sheet extrusion.
  • Delrin® 150 NC010 is recommended for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries.
