Delrin® 100TL NC010 by DuPont is a high-viscosity acetal homopolymer with 1.5% PTFE micropowder. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. It provides high mechanical strength, rigidity, excellent fatigue resistance, rigidity as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Processed by injection molding, profile and sheet extrusion. Delrin® 100TL NC010 is suitable for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries.
