Heromelt™ PK-30 GL

Heromelt™ PK-30 GL by Daikin Compounding Italy is a high-performance polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It is extremely tough and resilient grade. Exhibits good resistance to a wide range of chemical agents, radiations and high temperature with peaks up to 315°C (599°F) for a short period. Possesses excellent dielectric properties, extremely low emissions and excellent dimensional stability. Used in a wide range of industrial fields, standard thermoplastic tools and machinery. Other applications include high temperature technical components and hydraulic sealing elements. Heromelt™ PK-30 GL can be processed by extrusion, compression-, injection- and transfer molding.
