Stat-Tech™ PC-15CF/000 FR V0 BK702 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a black, halogen-free, flame retardant polycarbonate resin reinforced with carbon fiber. Is an electrically conductive grade imparting anti-static properties, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection & electromagnetic (EMI)/radio frequency (RFI) shielding performance and minimizes generation of triboelectric charges. Provides inherent corrosion/oxidation resistance, good processability and excellent balance of conductivity, flow, dimensional stability & toughness. High-quality parts manufactured offer high strength, greater stiffness, warp resistance and superior durability. Shows less susceptibility to scratches, chipping & dents, design flexibility, part consolidation and fast cycle times. It can be processed by injection molding and can be used to fill long, thin walled parts and multiple cavity tools. Recommended for transportation, electrical, sensitive electronic equipment & components and medical/healthcare application such as conductive pipette tips.
