PTS PBT-15GF by Amco Polymers is a highly crystalline polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin reinforced with 15% glass fiber. Exhibits excellent wear resistance at low temperatures (less than 130°F), chemical resistance to most organic solvents and heat resistance. Possesses low polarity, low water absorption and good physical properties and offers good processability. Suitable for use in the manufacture of typewriter and keyboard buttons. Other applications of PTS PBT-15GF include gears, cams, & bushings, electrical bobbins, rotors, connectors & relays, pump housings and impellers, auto distributors and starters and automotive headlight brackets.
