PTS PCA-1011

PTS PCA-1011 by Amco Polymers is a high impact alloy of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. Exhibits heat distortion resistance and chemical stress resistance. Offers good indoor UV light color stability, low temperature ductility, good processability and cost reduction (below PC). Provides strength & stiffness (between PC and ABS) and gloss (higher than ABS). It can be processed by injection molding. Suitable for use in appearance housings, portable appliances, flashlights & phones and automotive structural parts & interior parts like instrument panel retainers. PTS PCA-1011 is used in painted exterior automotive parts such as wheel cover & small tractor hoods, portable electronic devices & computer equipment including laptop/computer cases, keyboards, monitors & printer enclosures, and non-professional safety helmets. Complies with European RoHS/WEEE and REACH regulations.

TRILAC® ABS-EX1000

TRILAC® ABS-EX1000 by Amco Polymers is a high impact polyacrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. Exhibits good heat- and chemical resistance. Possesses good strength & stiffness, toughness, and low temperature ductility. Offers good processability, durability, surface hardness and gloss with low cost. It can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. TRILAC® ABS-EX1000 is suitable for business equipment housings, telephone housings, automotive interiors, luggage, ribbon cartridges & cassettes, domestic appliance housings and furniture.
