LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, non-reinforced, heat stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer blend. It provides high heat resistance, mold release and high flow. It is processed by injection molding. It enables high aesthetics, thin wall and complex designs. It is used in consumer goods like lighting, appliances such as home and commercial, mass transportation like recreational and specialty vehicles. It is suitable for defense, outdoor, lawn and landscape applications, automotive interiors, exteriors and under the hood. It is suggested for water management, personal accessory, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, building and construction. It is also used in aerospace, industrial material handling, healthcare such as surgical, patient testing, medical facility infrastructure, fluid and blood handling. LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) is recommended for ophthalmics, electronics, electrical devices, displays, components and infrastructure.

Supreme 112 by Master Bond is an exceptionally low viscosity epoxy (EP) system for bonding, sealing, potting, encapsulation and impregnation. It requires elevated temperature curing. It offers exceptionally long open time, high glass transition temperature, toughness and slightly less rigidity.

EP30HT-LO by Master Bond is a moderate viscosity, two component epoxy system for adhesive, sealant, coating, potting and encapsulation applications. It is highly structural, cures rigid without being brittle. It exhibits high temperature resistance and optical clarity.

• It offers chemical resistance, outstanding electrical insulation and convenient handling & processing.

EP42-2LV Black by Master Bond is a optically opaque, room temperature curable, two component epoxy (EP) for bonding, sealing, coating, casting, larger potting and encapsulation applications. It offers low viscosity, very good chemical and temperature resistance.

• It provides long working life, low exotherm and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates, such as metals, composites, ceramics, glass, rubbers and plastics.

LNP™ THERMOTUF™ Compound MF0049I by SABIC is a compound based on flame retarded, impact resistant & modified, PFAS-free, unspecified polypropylene resin that is reinforced with 20% glass fiber. It exhibits high stiffness & strength. It can be processed by injection molding. LNP™ THERMOTUF™ Compound MF0049I is used in consumer applications like sports/leisures, personal accessory, electrical industry and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers and tablets. It is suitable for automotive & aerospace applications.

EP41S-5ND Black by Master Bond is a two part epoxy (EP) system for bonding, sealing and coating applications. It is 100% reactive with low shrinkage upon curing and contains no solvents or diluents.

• It provides user friendly handling, convenient curing, excellent physical strength properties and electrical insulation.
• It offers exceptional chemical resistance, especially to solvents, acids, bases, alcohols, fuels including gasohol, most importantly to methylene chloride, phenol (10%), nitric acid (30%) as well as ethanol and acetone.
