EP41S-5ND Black by Master Bond is a two part epoxy (EP) system for bonding, sealing and coating applications. It is 100% reactive with low shrinkage upon curing and contains no solvents or diluents.
- It provides user friendly handling, convenient curing, excellent physical strength properties and electrical insulation.
- It offers exceptional chemical resistance, especially to solvents, acids, bases, alcohols, fuels including gasohol, most importantly to methylene chloride, phenol (10%), nitric acid (30%) as well as ethanol and acetone.
- It cures at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures.
- It exhibits high temperature resistance and good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, as well as many rubbers & plastics.
- It is used in coating tanks & vessels, aerospace, electronic, chemical processing and specialty OEM applications.
- It has a shelf life of 1 year in original unopened containers at 75°F.
- EP41S-5ND Black is RoHS complaint and meets NASA low outgassing.
