EP42-2LV Black by Master Bond is a optically opaque, room temperature curable, two component epoxy (EP) for bonding, sealing, coating, casting, larger potting and encapsulation applications. It offers low viscosity, very good chemical and temperature resistance.
- It provides long working life, low exotherm and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates, such as metals, composites, ceramics, glass, rubbers and plastics.
- It is easy to mix and exhibits good flow, excellent electrical insulation properties and resistance to a wide variety of acids, bases, solvents, fuels, oils & salts.
- It is used in aerospace, electronic, optical and specialty OEM application.
- It has a shelf life of 1 year in cans and 6 months in syringes at 75°F.
- EP42-2LV Black is RoHS complaint and meets NASA low outgassing.
