EP30NS by Master Bond is a moderate viscosity, nanosilica filled two part epoxy (EP) system with good flow. It is suitable for high performance bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation applications. It provides exceptionally low shrinkage upon curing and outstanding electrical insulation. It is 100% reactive & does not contain any solvents or diluents.
  • It is easy to apply and offers convenient mixing, high dimensional stability, excellent physical strength properties.
  • It exhibits resistance to abrasion, many chemicals including water, oils, fuels, acids, bases and solvents.
  • It adheres well to a wide variety of materials including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, rubbers and many plastics.
  • It is formulated to cure at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures.
  • It is used in aerospace, electronic, optical, opto-electronic, adhesive and specialty OEM applications.
  • It has a shelf life of 3 to 6 months at 75°F in original unopened cans.
  • EP30NS is RoHS complaint and passes ASTM E595 for NASA low outgassing.
