Ethyl Lauroyl Arginate HCl (and) Glycerin. EverGuard™ LAE-20 by Sino Lion acts as a cationic surfactant and preservative in personal care products. It offers high antimicrobial efficacy against bacteria (such as gram positive & gram negative), molds & yeasts.
