Caprylhydroxamic Acid (and) 1,2-Hexanediol (and) Propanediol. Spectrastat™ PHL by INOLEX is medium spreading emollient, antimicrobial and chelating agent. It is a homogenous blend of multifunctional ingredients to create self-preserving formulations. It is pumpable even at low temperatures. It shows superb performance at neutral pH. It is free of preservatives such as parabens, isothiazolinones and formaldehyde donors. Spectrastat™ PHL is used in high water, cold-process applications including toners, surfactant systems and wet wipes.
