Calamine. Calamine, USP, DPL cosmetic grade by Dr. Paul Lohmann is a skin protective, anti-inflammatory- and anti-microbial agent. It has antiseptic properties. When mixed with small amount of ferric oxide, reduces inflammation by cooling and calming the skin and forming a protective barrier.
