Caprylhydroxamic Acid (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Propanediol. Spectrastat™ OL by INOLEX is a medium spreading emollient, antimicrobial and chelating agent. It shows superb performance at neutral pH. It is pumpable even at low temperatures. It is free of preservatives such as parabens, isothiazolinones and formaldehyde donors. It is a homogenous blend of multifunctional ingredients to create self-preserving formulations. Spectrastat™ OL is used in cold-process applications including toiletries and wet wipes.
