Macat® MCO

Myristamine Oxide (and) Palmitamine Oxide. Macat® MCO by Pilot Chemical and distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in US, Canada and Mexico is a multiuse nonionic surfactant, foam booster and conditioning agent. It is a 30% active, myristyl/cetyl (C14/16) dimethylamine oxide in water. It provides detergency, wetting, grease cutting, and viscosity control.

• It is compatible with nonionic, anionic, and cationic surfactants and is stable in acid and hypochlorite formulations.
• Macat® MCO is used in personal care products, shampoos, creams and conditioners.
• It has a shelf life of 2 years.
