Cosmetics & Personal Care Formulations with Foaming Agents

This baby shampoo features CROVOL™ A-70 and CRODATERIC™ CAS 50, naturally derived surfactants that give this formula its mildness. Besides its ability to reduce the irritation of surfactant/shampoo systems, CROVOL A-70 is also used here as a wetting agent and fragrance solubilizer. CRODATERIC CAS 50 is a mild foam booster and produces a creamy lather. CROTHIX™ is used to thicken the formula. Using a fragrance with a 'baby-fresh' smell adds to its appeal.

High Foaming Sulfate-Free Shampoo is a sulfate-free shampoo which improves hair condition. It has mild and high foaming properties. AKYPO® FOAM RL 40 produces a rapid foam and improves the foam behavior of cleansing products when used as co-surfactant. BETADET® S-20 improves the quality of the foam and performing also as a thickener. KAO SOFCARE® GP-1 is a multi-functional conditioning agent that imparts similar characteristics to those of silicones. A formulation by Kao Chemicals.

This innovative Foaming Liquid Soap has low viscosity and rich, abundant foam when applied through the foaming valve. The foam's creaminess and stability is provided by Merquat™ 740 conditioning polymer and by the surfactant system. This system consists of the naturally derived soap Potassium Cocoate, Chembetaine™ OL-30 surfactant which delivers an emollient sensory, Chemoxide™ LO-PF amine oxide which boosts the foam and helps to stabilize the formula, and Chemonic™ LI-7 surfactant which aids in the solubilization of the fragrance and imparts emolliency to the skin. Cocamide DEA is an effective foam booster in this pH neutral, mild shampoo.

STRUCTURE® CEL 4400 E rheology modifier functions as a foam booster and stabilizer in this Hydrating Body Wash which provides excellent cleansing and feel properties. It also contains Glycerin which is known skin moisturizer.

This aerosol foaming cleanser uses STRUCTURE® XL starch to help stabilize the emulsion concentrate and, along with AMAZE® starch, delivers a smooth skin feel and providing a rich, creamy foam. The FLEXAN® II polymer provides a clean feel while HYDROVANCE® moisturizing agent is used to deliver excellent moisturizing effects and pleasing aesthetics.

Conditioning Shampoo contains: Foamtaine CAB – mild foam boosting surfactant. Dermol SLLC-L – mild natural derived surfactant that adds dense rich foam. Polyderm PPI SA- 15D – lubricating and conditioning agent that adds slip to hair and skin. Dermothix 75 Liquid – viscosity builder that's compatible with nonionic and ionic surfactant systems.
