The foam's creaminess and stability is provided by Merquat™ 740 conditioning polymer and by the surfactant system. This system consists of the naturally derived soap Potassium Cocoate, Chembetaine™ OL-30 surfactant which delivers an emollient sensory, Chemoxide™ LO-PF amine oxide which boosts the foam and helps to stabilize the formula, and Chemonic™ LI-7 surfactant which aids in the solubilization of the fragrance and imparts emolliency to the skin.
