Hydroxystearyl Alcohol & Hydroxystearyl Glucoside. It is an alkylpolyglucoside structure, O/W emulsifier, for a "nude skin" softness and textures quickly absorbed by the surperficial layers of the skin without any soaping effect. Derived from vegetable sustainable resources, with extra-light skin feel, this preservative-free product is suitable for all applications and textures from lotion to creams. It also functions as a lamellar phases promoter in the continuous aqueous phase, it contributes to stratum corneum hydration and skin comfort. It emulsifies all fatty phases from 2% (vegetable oil, shea butter, ester, mineral oil, silicone). It spreads easily & provides extra-light and soft skin feel. Exhibits no soaping effect in natural emulsions rich in vegetable oils and natural gum. It is compatible with organic and inorganic sunscreens, green preservatives or alternative preservatives & provides long lasting 8H moisturizing effect (in vivo). Used in All skin care, make-up removers, deodorants, conditioners, sun care and make-up applications.
