Not only can this cationically modified cellulosic polymer be substantive to skin to enhance product aesthetics, it can also build viscosity in this high electrolyte environment. In this prototype, the CELQUAT H-100 polymer provides a good sensorial feeling and body, even without any additional emollient agent or thickener.

This long-lasting eye liner is a water-free gel eyeliner providing rich intense color that does not flake, with a water-proof finish up to 24 hours. It contains PURESIL™ TMS IDD 50, a film former with no transfer and long lasting effect.

Develop better mascara using Gransil PSQ and Gransil VX-405 featuring an optimally balanced ratio of each component such that it is soluble in water while retaining the wax properties like moisturization, adhesion and rheology control, and silicone benefits like emolliency and silky sensory feel.
