EPON™ Resin 233 by Westlake Epoxy is a solvent-free, low-viscosity epoxy resin for high solids and solvent-free coatings. It is designed for moisture vapor suppression formulations. It is also suitable for thick film floor coatings and can also act as a primer for concrete.<br>

EPON™ Resin 828 is used in high solids/low VOC maintenance and marine coatings. The shelf life of this product is 5 years. EPON™ Resin 2002 by Westlake Epoxy is a solid bisphenol A/epichlorohydrin epoxy resin. It is designed specifically for thin-film functional and decorative epoxy powder bottle coating applications. It provides extended gelation time in epoxy powder coatings. It affords rapid cure speeds when combined with accelerated dicyandiamide curing agents. <br>

This medium molecular weight resin has an average of 4.5-5.0 hydroxyl groups per molecule plus the terminal epoxy groups. It may be used as a partial replacement for other EPON™ Resins in amine or polyamide cured epoxy air dry finishes and in phenolic and amino modified epoxy baking systems. It is used in maintenance coatings. The shelf life of EPON™ Resin 1004F is 5 years. EPON™ Resin 1001F by Westlake Epoxy is a low molecular weight solid epoxy resin derived from a liquid epoxy resin and bisphenol-A. It is used for its application or end-use advantages in both structural and surface-coating applications. It offers excellent pre-impregnation properties. It provides chemical resistance, durability, toughness and adhesion. The shelf life of EPON™ Resin 1001F is 5 years. EPON™ Resin 1009F by Westlake Epoxy is a very high molecular weight, solid epoxy resin. It is derived from a liquid epoxy resin and bisphenol-A. It is used extensively as a vehicle or binder in high performance industrial baking type surface coatings. It is usually combined with urea-formaldehyde or phenol-formaldehyde resins to achieve the desired film properties.<br>

It does not contain any diluents or modifiers. It reduces resin viscosity without added diluent as compared to standard BPA-based epoxy resin.<br>

It is used in formulating various room temperature curing industrial maintenance coatings including clears, primers, masonry surfacers, and gloss and semi-gloss enamels. The shelf life of EPON™ Resin 1001-X-75 is 5 years. EPON™ Resin 1002F by Westlake Epoxy is a solid epoxy resin derived from a liquid epoxy resin and bisphenol-A. It finds application in solution type coatings. It can be formulated into high performance amine or polyamide cured coatings. It displays a desirable reactivity, rheology and electrical properties in powder coatings. It will not block or sinter even at slightly elevated storage temperatures. The shelf life of EPON™ Resin 1002F is 5 years. EPON™ Resin 2014 by Westlake Epoxy is a solid bisphenol A/epichlorohydrin epoxy resin. It provides consistent cure response. It has extremely low levels of hydrolyzable chlorine and uniform properties from lot to lot. It is used in decorative powder coatings, high performance finishes for automotive parts, electrical insulation coatings, appliance primers, corrosion resistant pipe and concrete reinforcing bar coatings. The shelf life of EPON™ Resin 2014 is 3 years.
