Pliotec™ HDT16 by Synthomer is an anionic, modified styrene-acrylic copolymer latex. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, fast hardness development, and superior adhesion to a wide variety of substrates such as ferrous & non-ferrous metals, ceramic tiles, PVC, and more. It is a water-based resin that is suitable for anti-corrosion paints & primers, Direct-To-Metal (DTM) coatings, and multi-surface renovation paints.<br>

It offers exceptional durability and dirt pick-up resistance across a wide range of sheens from matte to semi-gloss. PLIOTEC™ XA 3077 allows formulators to create high-quality finishes for durable protection, meeting diverse needs while ensuring long-lasting performance. It is used for low-VOC exterior masonry coatings designed to protect buildings from harsh weather, UV radiation and moisture. Pliotec® LEB18 by Synthomer is a formaldehyde-free, anionic, water-based unique modified styrene acrylic copolymer. It is designed for flat or high build masonry paints, topcoats for EIFS & house plinths, exterior paints, masonry- and vertical coatings. It is based on LEB (Low Exudation Binder) technology that ensures superior resistance to exudation (surfactant leaching) and efflorescence. It offers balanced dirt pick-up resistance, mud cracking/crack bridging ability, excellent exterior weathering and color retention. It exhibits excellent mechanical stability, high pigment binding efficiency and very good adhesion to porous masonry substrates. It provides water- and alkali resistance. Pliotec® LEB18 has a shelf life of 12 months. Pliotec™ PA05 by Synthomer is an anionic, water-based, pure acrylic latex with high Tg. It is suitable for high-performance coatings, concrete sealers and interior & exterior floor paints.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers excellent early block-, blush-, chemical-, hot-tire pick-up-, water- and UV resistance.</li>
<li>It provides good exterior weatherability and very good adhesion to masonry substrates.</li>
<li>Pliotec™ PA05 has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> Pliotec™ SC203 by Synthomer is an anionic, self-crosslinking all-acrylic latex, which exhibits excellent blush- & early water resistance. It offers outstanding adhesion to multiple substrates including concrete & tile. It forms a durable film with very good hot tire pick-up resistance. It is recommended for clear concrete sealers and floor coatings.<br>

<li>The shelf life of Pliotec™ SC203 is 12 months.</li></ul> Pliotec™ PA90 by Synthomer is an anionic, water-based, pure acrylic latex that exhibits excellent blush-, early block-, water-, and early water moisture- resistance. It offers very good weathering & UV resistance, and low coalescent demand. Suitable for pigmented coatings, stains, aggregate binders, and vertical clear coatings.<br>

It offers outstanding resistance to alkali, even on fresh concrete, and excellent efflorescence- & superior water resistance. Suitable for formulating water-based waterproofing sealers, masonry primers, and concrete cure-and-seal products.<br>

<li>The shelf life of Pliotec™ SA40 is 12 months.</li></ul> Pliotec™ SC105 by Synthomer is an anionic, self-crosslinking pure acrylic latex. It provides excellent UV- & early water resistance, and very good hot tire pick-up resistance, and adhesion to concrete, tile & wood. Suitable for concrete & tile sealers, deck coatings, and porch & floor coatings.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It also offers excellent exterior weatherability.</li>
<li>It can be formulated below 50 g/l VOC (US EPA, excluding water).</li>
<li>It shows good efflorescence and alkali resistance.</li>
<li>The shelf life of Pliotec™ SC105 is 12 months.</li></ul> Pliotec™ HDT12 by Synthomer is a modified styrene-acrylic copolymer latex based on hydrophobic dispersion technology. It offers excellent adhesion to metals, ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. It is recommended for Direct-To-Metal (DTM) coatings, from high gloss enamels to anticorrosive primers.<br>

<li>Pliotec™ HDT12 has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> Pliotec™ LEB22 by Synthomer is an APEO- & formaldehyde-free, anionic, pure acrylic copolymer with elastomeric properties. It offers outstanding color retention and excellent elongation properties combined with enhanced dirt pickup- and early rain resistance.<br>
