Pliotec™ SC203 by Synthomer is an anionic, self-crosslinking all-acrylic latex, which exhibits excellent blush- & early water resistance. It offers outstanding adhesion to multiple substrates including concrete & tile. It forms a durable film with very good hot tire pick-up resistance. It is recommended for clear concrete sealers and floor coatings.

- It is APE- and formaldehyde-free.
