Pliotec™ HDT12 by Synthomer is a modified styrene-acrylic copolymer latex based on hydrophobic dispersion technology. It offers excellent adhesion to metals, ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. It is recommended for Direct-To-Metal (DTM) coatings, from high gloss enamels to anticorrosive primers.
- It provides superior water resistance and corrosion protection, even without the use of anticorrosive pigments.
- It exhibits good gloss retention and balanced flexibility & hardness.
- It is an anionic, formaldehyde-free, freeze/thaw stable and non-yellowing grade.
- Pliotec™ HDT12 has a shelf life of 12 months.
