Pliolite™ AC80

Pliolite™ AC80 by Synthomer is a styrene acrylate copolymer with newtonian rheology. It is often used in combination with PLIOLITE™ AC4 or PLIOLITE™ AC5G to form tough, durable and abrasion- & chemically resistant films, which exhibit excellent adhesion, UV resistance and superb exterior weathering properties. It is suitable for exterior masonry coatings, anticarbonation, metal protective and intumescent coatings.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers barrier properties against water and carbon dioxide.</li> <li>It is compatible with modifying resins and plasticizers such as hydrocarbons, styrene derivatives, rosins, silicones, vegetable oils, esters, chlorinated paraffins, urea derivatives and aromatic oils.</li> <li>The shelf life of Pliolite™ AC80 is 36 months.</li></ul>

Pliotec™ HDT16

Pliotec™ HDT16 by Synthomer is an anionic, modified styrene-acrylic copolymer latex. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, fast hardness development, and superior adhesion to a wide variety of substrates such as ferrous & non-ferrous metals, ceramic tiles, PVC, and more. It is a water-based resin that is suitable for anti-corrosion paints & primers, Direct-To-Metal (DTM) coatings, and multi-surface renovation paints.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits excellent water resistance due to proprietary hydrophobic dispersion technology.</li> <li>It is freeze/thaw stable and shows good blocking resistance.</li> <li>It is APE-free and contains no added formaldehyde.</li> <li>The shelf life of Pliotec™ HDT16 is 12 months.</li></ul>
