Durazane® 5500 by Susonity is an anti-scratch agent. It is a composite material consisting of an amorphous SiO<sub>2</sub> core and a polymer cladding material. Since the nano particles are completely incorporated in a polymeric matrix, no nanoscalic dust is produced when the solvent is removed.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>The dried residue has polymeric characteristics like film building and transparent properties.</li>
<li>It is compatible with clear and pigmented solvent-based 2K PU coatings systems.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage is 1-2.5%.</li>
<li>Durazane® 5500 has a shelf life of 36 months.</li></ul> Durazane® 1500 rapid cure by Susonity is a low-viscous, solvent-free, reactivity-enhanced 100% organic polysilazane resin used as a coating binder. It has outstanding weather-, high UV- and chemical resistance.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Exhibits a good balance of heat resistance, hardness and hydrophobicity properties.</li>
<li>It shows very fast curable via moisture cure at room temperature or via thermal cure.</li>
<li>It has higher crosslinking density compared to Durazane® 1500 slow cure and Durazane® 1000 series products.</li>
<li>It is applicable in scratch-resistant coatings used in automotive interior or exterior applications.</li>
<li>It is also used in water & dirt repellent coatings for architecture, corrosion prevention, consumer goods and transportation.</li>
<li>It can be diluted with organic solvents such as alkanes, esters, ethers, aromates or ketones.</li>
