Durazane® 1500 rapid cure by Susonity is a low-viscous, solvent-free, reactivity-enhanced 100% organic polysilazane resin used as a coating binder. It has outstanding weather-, high UV- and chemical resistance.
- Exhibits a good balance of heat resistance, hardness and hydrophobicity properties.
- It shows very fast curable via moisture cure at room temperature or via thermal cure.
- It has higher crosslinking density compared to Durazane® 1500 slow cure and Durazane® 1000 series products.
- It is applicable in scratch-resistant coatings used in automotive interior or exterior applications.
- It is also used in water & dirt repellent coatings for architecture, corrosion prevention, consumer goods and transportation.
- It can be diluted with organic solvents such as alkanes, esters, ethers, aromates or ketones.
- Durazane® 1500 rapid cure has a shelf life of 18 months.
