Stahl, a supplier of speciality coatings for flexible materials, has signed an agreement to acquire the graphics coatings business of Weilburger Coatings in Brazil. The agreement is expected to close in the coming weeks, subject to regulatory approvals.

This step marks the next step in Stahl’s Packaging Coatings regional growth strategy, following earlier expansions in Germany and Turkey, and further strengthens the company’s position in the global packaging coatings market.
