Relca® PD-805

Relca® PD-805 by Stahl is a water-based, VOC- & surfactant-free microparticle dispersion. It provides good gloss and block resistance and improves scratch and fingerprint resistance. This matting resin acts as co-binder and is suitable for architectural-, metal-, plastic-, wood- and furniture coating applications. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It shows good compatibility with other binders such as acrylics, polyurethanes and hybrids. </li> <li>It reduces dirt pick up and tackiness when used with soft binders. </li> <li>It has no oil absorption and porosity, and no high loss of film elongation properties. </li> <li>Relca® PD-805 offers high thermal resistance, longer pot life and better flow for 2K systems. </li></ul>

RelcaLink® 70

RelcaLink® 70 by Stahl is a PFAS- and VOC-free crosslinker based on polycarbodiimide. It is NMP-, NEP- an DMF-free grade. It enhances water-, chemical-, stain-, abrasion- and mar-resistance. It is a non-yellowing, label-free, and suitable for water-based system. It crosslinks carboxyl-functional polymers at room temperature. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Provides 64% reduction versus NCO (isocyanates) and 35% reduction versus melamine and aziridine. </li> <li>RelcaLink® 70 is designed for interior and exterior automotive, flooring, coil coating, metal pre-treatment, building and construction, film, paper and specialty coating applications. </li> <li>Recommended usage dosage is 4-8% on binder formulation. </li></ul>
